Commissioned: National Student Conference

In just over a month we will be having our National Student Conference, 'Commissioned'. It will include 5 motivational and Biblical messages on living life as a commissioned Christian, a selection of 8 different seminars including how to know God's will and how to keep it pure in relationships, 3 tracks to choose from giving evangelism, discipleship or leadership training, worship, prayer, outreach, fun, conference t-shirts, small group discussion, hip hop, drama, music and dance. All food is included as is the transport and accommodation for the northern campus students. We are managing to put on this event at the amazingly low cost of N$80 (£8) due to incredible donations from Namibian supporters of the ministry! We are so excited about this conference. Nate's first day of school

An excited, if nervous, little boy attended his first day of 'big school' last Wednesday. He is really enjoying it.

Cape Town

We had a wonderful time in Cape Town. We played on the beach, we swam in the sea, we went walking including up Table Mountain (the helicopter wasn't for us!), shopped, ate, and relaxed. We also had lots of fun with our friends, Mike, Jen, Olivia and Silas who visited us for a week. A much needed rest after a busy 2010. Lovely memories.
